When you can't seem to eat enough? Today's menu so far consisted of cream of wheat, 2 clementines, milk, yogurt, 2 eggs, toast, 1/4 roasted chicken and some raw veggies...
I'm still suffering from a growling belly....

I have those days more often than I'd like to admit, but I've always suffered from undereating, so this is actually a positive sign for me... means my body is pushing through starvation mode. Wait about half hour or more to make sure it isn't anxiety or a mixture of an upset stomach, and if you're still hungry, help yourself to another serving for dinner.
I have one of those days everyday! :)
I find that I especially have those days after a long workout (the day prior). The actual day of the long workout, it doesn't seem to impact me much. But the next day? I'm like a bear waking from hibernation!
Was that all just for breakfast lol!? Know what fills me up? Dairy! especially cheese! (or maybe it's the crackers:)
Jane, the cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast and eggs were all consumed by 10:00 am...
Same thing today, hungry all day, I even resorted to eating an apple smeared in BP and a glass of milk before I went to work...
I don't think I'm eating enough protein, so I bought some skim milk powder to add to smothies...
